According to Buckingham Palace, the two leaders discussed pressing global issues including poverty eradication, economic sustainability, and climate change. King Charles previously contributed the foreword to one of Yunus’ books, highlighting their long-standing professional admiration.

The meeting marks an important moment for Bangladesh on the global stage, showcasing Yunus’ global leadership in addressing poverty and sustainability.
